Mooneva 90-Day Comfort Guarantee

Finding the right menstrual disc can take a little trial and error, and that’s completely okay.
That’s why we give you 90 days from delivery to try your Mooneva disc with total peace of mind.

If your disc doesn’t feel quite right, our team is happy to help with guidance.
You can also:

  • Try the other size free of charge for the product, or

  • Request a refund — whichever feels right for you.

You can choose one option only (exchange or refund).

How to start a return

Contact us within 90 days of delivery at hello@mooneva.se.
If you purchased your disc elsewhere, please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
We’ll provide next steps and the correct return address.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.

  • Unless otherwise stated in a promotion, you’ll cover the shipping cost for your replacement disc.

  • Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

If your disc arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, only one exchange or refund per customer is permitted.
Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and processed your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
